Matthew K. Klubertanz, 24, Fort Atkinson, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and cited for driving against traffic on a one-way street.

Forrest S. Niebuhr, 19, Platteville, and Joshua R. Weber, 19, Platteville, will be mailed citations for underage drinking.

April K. Wenger, 20, Monroe, was cited for violating absolute sobriety and failure to obey a traffic signal after a traffic stop, in which the officer smelled the odor of intoxicants.

Muath Ali M. Bin Nuwaysir, 23, Platteville, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and given a warning for operating left of the center line and operating without headlights.
