This is my go-to recipe for brownies as it is so easy to make, I have done it blindfolded. It is as straight forward as mixing together your dry and wet ingredients separately first and then together, and then time for the oven. And with a few sprinkles or other decorations you can design these how you’d like.
Put in Dry ingredient bowl:
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup of powdered sugar
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips
• ½ tsp salt
Put in Wet ingredient Bowl:
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup canola oil
• 2 Tbsp water
• 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
• Orange and Blue sprinkles
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease a 8×8 baking pan (other size pans can work, cooking time will vary). Once wet ingredients are added to the bowl ,whisk them to combine the ingredients. Then, sprinkle the dry mix over the wet and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Take the thick batter and pour into baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with some crumble (you want a little as if none come out it might be over baked). As you take the brownies out top them with sprinkles and let cool. Lastly enjoy eating brownies as a pioneer.
