They are called Korean Drug Eggs due to how addictive they are. Add them to ramen, on rice, toast, or simply eat them straight as once you start it is hard to stop.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of water
1 tbsp gochutgaru (adjust to taste)
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
2-3 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Begin by boiling your eggs for 7 minutes, then put into an ice bath. Peel eggs and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients into a bowl or container. Added pealed eggs to container, cover, and refrigerate letting it marinate for at least 12 hours. These will keep fresh in the fridge for 3-4 days and the left-over marinade can be used for meats like chicken or beef or can be used as a starter for stir-fries or noodle sauce.
