This past Saturday, the Huff Family innovation center hosted its second “Late Night with the Huff” event, an event that takes place outside of the Huff’s normal hours.
During this event, there were games, such as Mario Kart, Wii sports, Super Smash Bros among many others; snacks, such as chips, juice barrels, candy and granola bars; a scavenger hunt to find Pioneer Pete’s missing pickaxe that leads all over the Huff, from the tools shop to the measurements lab; arts and crafts, such as bracelet making, bead animal keychains and painting by number; and challenges, such as who can make the largest cardboard tower, and who can wrap someone like a mummy the fastest. Overall, this event was a great time.
The Huff is planning to host another one next semester, so keep an eye out! Look for posters about the event, as they usually have info about what the next event’s theme is, among other important information.
