Megan’s Recipe Corner: Caramel Apple Dip


16 oz. cream cheese

1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar

16 oz. caramel dip

1 cup toffee bits

12 apples

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread on a platter. Next, spread the caramel dip evenly over the first layer. Top with toffee bits. Cut up your apples into slices and serve with the caramel apple dip. Squeeze lemon juice over the sliced apples to keep them fresh.
