Years of speculation have ended following an in-depth investigation by the Antagonist into why the windows in Pioneer Tower only open a few inches. Sources on the upper floors have revealed that windows in previous years were used to solve ongoing problems with printers via defenestration of the offending units. In anticipation of the software upgrade, the windows in the Tower were designed to open just enough to allow important paperwork to blow out, but not enough to accommodate a malfunctioning printer.
